Job Purpose and Impact
The Process Standardization Specialist will develop and deploy regional Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs projects. These projects are related with continuous improvement and processes standardization. Will also develop global process standardization projects, according to best practices of project management and taking into account the regulatory requirements and Cargill global standards. We seek a leader in process development and process improvement, who will serve as point of contact for regional leaders and global projects stakeholders. The role will positively impact customer satisfaction, internal costs and protect and enhance Cargill's brand and reputation.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deploy standardized processes accordingly to best practices.
- Lead projects (continuous improvement and processes standardization) regionally and globally.
- Handle documents, records, data, and information control processes.
- Support design and deliver specific training for new procedures and processes as well as supporting communication plan.
- Track performance metrics and provide periodic reports to the key stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter authority by nurturing a continuous improvement culture.
- Support digital and analytics reporting.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualification
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or food technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience with implementing and sustaining Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory management systems across multiple lines of business and diverse countries, regulatory and legal environments.
- Experience working in a complex matrix organization, managing large or complex projects, cross business and function collaborations.
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and quality culture.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience.
- Green belt certification.
- KPI analysis experience.
- Agriculture/ Food business and market experience.
